Bartholomew C. Zadel

Bartholomew C. Zadel received his Law Degree from The University of Toledo College of Law. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993, Bart began concentrating on cases involving Social Security Disability and Personal Injury and has been helping injured and disabled clients ever since. While representing claimants in Social Security Disability claims he has appeared at thousands of hearings before Administrative Law Judges and handled cases in Federal Court. Because of his expertise in this area, Bart has testified as an expert witness on Social Security Disability matters and has trained other attorneys on representing clients in Social Security Disability claims. He is a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Bart brings his years of experience in dealing with the Social Security Administration and big insurance companies to every client’s case.
